MY NAME BASICALLY SPEAKS FOR ITSELF.

Hello there, my name is Angela Kim and I am a graphic designer with a special focus on brand identity development, and packaging design. My early inspiration was growing up in a household where the traditional craft of origami was used for both decorations and tools. My knowledge of simple folds and creases of a single sheet of paper allowed me to expand my freedom of expression and eventual pursuits as a package designer. I challenge myself to design in new ways that invite multiple interpretations of story-telling and creative expression by intersecting typography and images with physical form. With the right combination of material, color, and visual graphics, we get a package full of stories created right beneath our fingertips and I think that is a beautiful thing.
